Our company will not take any responsible if the customers have any loss because didn’t read the terms.

Do you have any return & exchange policy?

We do not accept any return whenever any reason.

We do accept exchange only when your products is damaged that not caused by human factors.

The service period is one week. Calculated from the moment you receive the goods. After the period we will treat it with maintenance procedures.

Refunds only available while technical issues (credit card payment) is happen or the stock is out.

What is include in my package?

Apart from the product you purchased, we will put the physical invoice into the package. Sometime we will offer the giveaway.
Please note that the physical invoice is evidence of apply maintenance. You should keep it as well as avoid to lost it during the warranty period.

How does the Warranty work?

The warranty will provide complete maintenance to your products. You only need to bring back the physical invoice (Not e-invoice) and products to our office. Then our staffs will help you apply for maintenance.

If we or manufacturer determine the products is damage because of human factors, we will charge you the repair fees.

If I lost my physical invoice. Can I still using warranty service?

We will charge you the handling fee. Also we may ask additional fee if necessary. It depend on your situation and the products. You can contact our staffs if you need assistance.

If my products' warranty has ended, can I still using the maintenance service?

Surely, we aim to provide great service to you. Whether you having the invoice, we will try our best to help you fix the problem.
If possible, we will charge you repair fee and handling fee. You should contact the staffs for further assistance before visit our office.

What will happen if I doesn't complete the payment?

After placing the order, it will be on-hold around two weeks if we didn’t receive the payment. During the period we will try to contact you. The order will be canceled when it expires.

How long will delivery take?

Courier company will be responsible for the delivery.

Usually it will take 1~2 days. Our packages will deliver by SF Express. The couriers will charge the delivery fees.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

The delivery charge depend on the price which is set by courier company. All products will be out from our office. (Sham Shui Po)

We recommend that you should check their price list first before select this services.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept credit card payment and bank transfer. The credit card payment system is power by Stripe.

Payment steps will be show on email if available.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
We only collect your name, phone number, shipping address and email address for process the orders. This website would not collect, even would not asking your personal sensitive information.

The website would not store your credit card information by using cookie or database. All payment progress with credit card will be protect and encrypt under Stripe’s system. You can view their document for more details.
What exactly happens after ordering?

Your order information will be display on the system, our staffs may contact you for further confirmation. The order status is edit by manually. You can track the order anytime by clicking “Track Your orders” button in “My Account” page or below.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Normally you will receive the order confirm email after placing the order. All of the details will show inside the email. If you want an complete invoice, please free feel to ask.
Also if there’s incorrect in order details, you should contact the staffs immediately.

I'm living in outlying island. What should I do if I want to buy your products?

If you live in Discovery Bay, Lamma Island or other areas which is not in three major regions. You should contact us for discussing delivery or use other shipping address.

I am interested in your products but I'm in foreign. How should I do?

Thank you using our website! We suggest you should discuss with us regarding the shipping before placing orders.

What should I do if the goods was damaged or lost during the delivery?

If it happened unfortunately, you can make contact with us. We will try our best to help you. You can reference about the return and exchange policy at the first question.
